Don’t miss your opportunity to take part in this excellent early-season, small-sided tournament hosted by McLean Youth Soccer! The 15th Annual McLean Premier Cup is an elite tournament open to boys girls teams in the U8-U12 age groups, with all games being played on all-weather, synthetic turf fields in McLean, Virginia.

Event Details

The Applied Teams link for 2025 will be posted close to the Application Deadline. Schedules will be posted February 28th. Please be sure to continuously check your team's schedule, as locations, times, and days are subject to change leading up to the event. All scheduling requests are considered by the tournament committee, but not guaranteed.

There will be a $100 late fee for all applications received after the application deadline. Any team that applied after the application deadline will not have guaranteed acceptance into the tournament.

    All checks must include a $20 GotSport software fee in addition to the entry fee amount.

    There will NOT be a CC Fee charged for any Credit Card payments for this event.

Team Check-In

Due to Event Sanctioning, ALL players must have a valid player pass. NO Birth Certificates will be accepted/allowed.

    1. Official Roster through USYS, US Club, USSSA, or SAY
      • Please handwrite jersey numbers if not included
      • Please handwrite guest player names and jersey numbers to the bottom of the page
    2. Official Player Passes to match roster
      • No birth certificates accepted

Elite Tournaments is pleased to announce the appointment of Halpern Travel as our official Tournament Housing Coordinator for the McLean Premier Cup - Small Sided Weekend.

  • Booking Requirements

    • All non-commuting teams participating in the tournaments must book their hotel accommodations through Halpern Travel, our Official Tournament Housing Partner.
    • Please do not call the hotels directly
    • Rooms must be booked through the tournament reservation link provided by Halpern Travel or by calling 888.640.6400
    • Teams within a 100-mile radius of the tournament venue who plan to commute are exempt from the housing police.

The deadline to be accepted as a vendor for this event is Friday March 7th.

Philanthropic Partner

Leveling The Playing Field collects used sports equipment to give to underprivileged communities where children may not have affordable access to sports equipment and programs. They’ve donated over 100,000 items to youth sports organizations allowing them to reduce the cost of entry into these programs. It has also allowed these programs to hire and train more staff for additional programs and more personalized coaching. We will be collecting used sports equipment for Leveling The Playing Field at all of our tournament locations! Drop off donations at the headquarters area or with your field marshal.
