Creative Media & Design Internship
Job Summary
Elite Tournaments is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Creative Media & Design Intern to support the marketing team through graphic design, video editing, and digital content creation. This internship is ideal for a student or recent graduate looking to gain hands-on experience creating content for sports organizations while building a professional portfolio. The intern will assist with producing engaging visual assets for social media, email marketing, websites, and event promotions while helping maintain a consistent brand across multiple clients and tournaments.
Responsibilities
- Design branded graphics for social media, email marketing, websites, and digital advertising
- Create promotional materials for upcoming events, registration campaigns, and special announcements
- Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other digital platforms
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm creative content ideas and campaign concepts
- Assist with additional marketing and creative projects as needed

Event Staff - Temporary
Job Summary
Event Staff work with full-time Elite Tournaments staff to execute onsite tournament operations. Event Staff may fill various roles during a tournament including, but not limited to, site coordinator, field marshal, score keeper, event setup/breakdown, parking management, and other duties as assigned. Event Staff will be the front line of customer service assisting players, coaches, and spectators during the tournament.
