Tournament Application

The Loudoun Premier Cup presented by Steigerwald Gordon & Koch will be held August 21-23, 2026. This event will be accepting applications from Boys and Girls teams U9-U19. All U9-U15 teams will play three (3) games minimum in championship format with awards being given to flight winners and runners up. All U16-U19 teams will play three (3) games in Showcase format with one game being played each day on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

Event Details

The Applied Teams link for 2026 will be posted close to the Application Deadline. Schedules will be posted August 10th. Please be sure to continuously check your team's schedule, as locations, times, and days are subject to change leading up to the event. All scheduling requests are considered by the tournament committee, but not guaranteed.

Applications

Tournament Application

Application Deadline: Monday July 27th

There will be a $100 late fee for all applications received after the application deadline. Any team that applies after the application deadline will not have guaranteed acceptance into the tournament.

Tournament Insurance Policy

Teams that apply to the 2026 Loudoun Premier Cup can purchase an event cancellation insurance policy through US Sports Club Insurance (USSCI) directly from your team’s GotSport account. This Policy can be purchased up to 15 days prior to the start of our tournament.

Reimbursement of entry fees, for eligible teams, will be remitted directly to the individual, or organization, that paid for the policy. All purchased policies are a contract between USSCI and the purchaser. Loudoun Soccer Club/Elite Tournaments will not be the issuer of refunded entry fees, only USSCI will be.

Team Check-In

Due to Event Sanctioning, ALL players must have a valid player pass. NO Birth Certificates will be accepted/allowed.

  • Online Check-In

    1. Official Roster through USYS, US Club, USSSA, or SAY
      • Please handwrite jersey numbers if not included
      • Please handwrite guest player names and jersey numbers to the bottom of the page
    2. Official Player Passes to match roster
      • No birth certificates accepted
    3. Tournament Liability Waiver
      • Digital signatures preferred
    4. Guest Player Passes

Hotels

Elite Tournaments is pleased to announce the appointment of Halpern Travel as our official Tournament Housing Coordinator for the Loudoun Premier Cup.

  • Booking Requirements

    • All non-commuting teams participating in the tournaments must book their hotel accommodations through Halpern Travel, our Official Tournament Housing Partner.
    • Please do not call the hotels directly
    • Rooms must be booked through the tournament reservation link provided by Halpern Travel or by calling 888.640.6400
    • Teams within a 100-mile radius of the tournament venue who plan to commute are exempt from the housing policy.

College Coaches

  • Player Profile Books

    Please make sure that you update your player profile information in the GotSoccer system so it is accessible by college coaches. You may need to contact your team manager or coach to add this information. This is the information that will be given to college coaches looking to recruit players.

  • Player Self Recruiting

    Elite Tournaments highly recommends that players reach out to the schools that they are interested in playing for. Many coaches come to our events to scout for pick up players, but will not realize that you interested in playing for their team unless you reach out to them! We also know that you have many schools that you are looking to play for that are not currently signed up to attend our event. You are encouraged to reach out to schools you are looking to attend, and let them know which events you will be playing in this season. We welcome you to invite these coaches to attend this event. If you have a coach that you are inviting to attend, please have them pre-register at the link above.
