Tournament Application

The Columbia Winter League is an all outdoor soccer league available for U13-U19 teams to keep playing throughout the winter season! All games will be played on turf fields in Howard County, MD, with the majority and main location being the turf fields at Bob Lucido Fields at Covenant Park. The league will consist of four (4) total games for each team. This league is entirely meant to give teams a chance to play outdoors throughout the winter months. Scores and standings are not kept for this league.

Event Details

The Applied Teams link for 2025 will be posted close to the Application Deadline. Schedules will be posted December 11th. Please be sure to continuously check your team's schedule, as locations, times, and days are subject to change leading up to the event. All scheduling requests are considered by the tournament committee, but not guaranteed.

There will be a $100 late fee for all applications received after the application deadline. Any team that applied after the application deadline will not have guaranteed acceptance into the tournament.

  • Payment Details

    A separate performance bond of $350 is required for U13-U19 age groups. If your team does not forfeit a match or violate the tournament rules the bond will not be cashed and will be destroyed after the tournament is completed.

Team Check-In

Due to Event Sanctioning, ALL players must have a valid player pass. NO Birth Certificates will be accepted/allowed.

      • Please handwrite jersey numbers if not included
      • Please handwrite guest player names and jersey numbers to the bottom of the page

Elite Tournaments has partnered with Casey Cares to host a pajama and gift card drive at the Baltimore Mania Tournament. Inspired by the memory of a Casey Cares child, this program provides new sleepwear and pajama-themed parties to children on extended hospital stays. The pajamas give children the comfort of home in an otherwise sterile environment. Their goal is to provide more than 8,000 new pairs of pajamas to critically ill children this year alone. Their biggest needs are always infant sizes and teen/adult sized PJs but they accept any new pairs of pajamas. Please keep tags on them so our families know they are new! Gift cards can also be donated in any denomination. Some examples of their preferred stores and restaurants are Panera, Subway, Walmart, Target, Dominos, Pizza Hut, and any local grocery store.
