Welcome!
The inaugural American Lacrosse Festival will take place January 9-10, 2027, at Publix Sports Park in Panama City Beach, Florida. Held in partnership with the American Lacrosse Collective, this event is open to boys teams in the 2036-2028 graduation years for an early-season weekend built around competition. With a four-game guarantee, every team will have multiple opportunities to prove themselves and be part of a weekend full of high-level games!

Schedules will be posted December 9th. Please be sure to continuously check your team's schedule, as times and days are subject to change leading up to the event. All scheduling requests are considered by the tournament committee, but not guaranteed.

Hotels
Teams that do not meet the housing requirement by December 1 will be charged a $750 non-compliance fee to the credit card on file.
Booking Requirements
- To participate in the tournament and be included on the schedule, each team is required to reserve a minimum of sixteen (16) hotel room nights through Halpern Travel, such as 8 rooms for 2 nights.
- Teams that do not meet the housing requirement by December 1 will be charged a $750 non-compliance fee to the credit card on file.
- Rooms must be booked through the tournament reservation link provided by Halpern Travel or by calling 888.640.6400
- Teams located within a 75-mile radius of the tournament venue and planning to commute are exempt from the housing requirement. Distance will be calculated using the tournament venue address and the club’s physical address.

In order to provide the safest and most enjoyable experience possible, this event has chosen to align with the USA Lacrosse guidelines for event operation. These guidelines focus on key areas covering safety and risk management, rules and game format, venue and event administration, and fair and competitive play.
All tournament participants must be current USA Lacrosse members in order to participate. USA Lacrosse membership numbers will be collected and verified when completing tournament waivers. If you are not currently a member, or your membership is set to expire during the event, please visit USA Lacrosse to Register.
