Lancaster Elite and the Manheim Township Soccer Club are excited to invite your club to join us in beautiful Lancaster, PA for our 17th annual Lancaster Summer Classic, to be held on June 5-6, 2027. The Lancaster Summer Classic, will offer your club great competition, premium facilities (multiple turf fields), and college coach attendees.  The tournament format includes a minimum of three games for Boys and Girls ages U9 to U19. The Lancaster Summer Classic is a Got Soccer sanctioned event that is available to the Mid-Atlantic Region. Please take advantage of this exciting opportunity to finish your season with a road trip to a family friendly area and start your summer off with a kick!

The Applied Teams link for 2027 will be posted close to the Application Deadline. Schedules will be posted May 28th. Please be sure to continuously check your team's schedule, as locations, times, and days are subject to change leading up to the event. All scheduling requests are considered by the tournament committee, but not guaranteed.

Tournament Application

Application Deadline: Wednesday May 12th

There will be a $100 late fee for all applications received after the application deadline on May 13, 2026. Any team that applies after the application deadline will not have guaranteed acceptance into the tournament. For U13-U19 age groups, no more than 18 players are allowed to be dressed in uniform per match.

Tournament Insurance Policy

Tournament registration fees are non-refundable. However, teams who purchase Event Cancellation Team Coverage through ViCoverage, powered by Vertical Insure, may be eligible for reimbursement up to 100% if the event is canceled or shortened due to unsafe playing conditions caused by weather. Refund eligibility is determined based on games played versus games guaranteed and is paid directly to the team by Vertical Insure.

Example: If your team registers for a 3-game guarantee tournament and only 1 game is completed before weather conditions make fields unsafe or unplayable, covered teams may be eligible for reimbursement for the 2 games not played. If the tournament is canceled before any games begin, covered teams may be eligible for up to a 100% refund of the registration fee.

    GotSport will charge a $20 “GotSport Software Fee” at each payment transaction, and for each registrant, in order for your team to register to participate in Tournament.

Team Check-In

Due to Event Sanctioning, ALL players must have a valid player pass. NO Birth Certificates will be accepted/allowed.

Elite Tournaments is pleased to announce the appointment of Halpern Travel as our official Tournament Housing Coordinator for the Lancaster Summer Classic.

  • Booking Requirements

    All non-commuting teams participating in the tournaments must book their hotel accommodations through Halpern Travel, our Official Tournament Housing Partner.

    Please do not call the hotels directly

    Rooms must be booked through the tournament reservation link provided by Halpern Travel or by calling 888.640.6400.

    Teams within a 100-mile radius of the tournament venue who plan to commute are exempt from the housing policy.

College Coaches

  • Player Profile Books

    Please make sure that you update your player profile information in the GotSoccer system so it is accessible by college coaches. You may need to contact your team manager or coach to add this information. This is the information that will be given to college coaches looking to recruit players.

  • Player Self Recruiting

    Elite Tournaments highly recommends that players reach out to the schools that they are interested in playing for. Many coaches come to our events to scout for pick up players, but will not realize that you interested in playing for their team unless you reach out to them! We also know that you have many schools that you are looking to play for that are not currently signed up to attend our event. You are encouraged to reach out to schools you are looking to attend, and let them know which events you will be playing in this season. We welcome you to invite these coaches to attend this event. If you have a coach that you are inviting to attend, please have them pre-register at the link above.
