Updates To The Tournament Check-In Process

Elite Tournaments is excited to announces that a new document has been created in an effort to simplify the tournament registration and check-in process. The new Tournament Liability Waiver will take the place of the former Team Information Sheet and Covid Waiver, and will be the single document required for upload in addition to a team’s roster and passes.  Our Tournament Director, Colin Sporer, believes the document will make life easier for teams that have been participating for several years, as well as teams that are new to the tournament registration process. “We are excited to have a single form that will encompass all aspects of the tournament,” Sporer claimed. “We believe that condensing the necessary information into a single form will save time and effort for the team managers, check-in team, and tournament organizers.” The new form can be found on each individual event page on the tournament website. Teams that routinely participate in Elite Tournaments events are encouraged to keep a running document of signatures throughout the season, as the fillable PDF form allows teams to reuse for different events by simply adjusting names, dates, and participants.  Any questions on the change to the process?
