Hotels
To insure the quality of service provided during our tournaments, the Tournament Committee has appointed THS as the official Hospitality Service for all of our events.
All teams are mandated to book any hotel reservations through THS to insure their place in our tournaments. Any teams that do not comply will be at risk of forfeiting their acceptance.
NEW FOR 2008: Freestate Spring Break Out Tournament will carry Tournament Insurance.
By using THS as our booking service the Freestate Spring Break Out Tournament can offer our "Act of God" Clause. This states "Should this event should be cancelled for reasons beyond the Event Organizer's control (including weather), all outstanding reservations will be released at no charge to the participants"
Important (PLEASE READ)
Since the Freestate Spring Break Out will be played at several different locations we ask that you wait to book your hotel rooms until after January 1st when all field locations for each age group will be announced.
All Room accommodations must be booked no later then February 15, 2008 or your team will not be scheduled and cancelled from the tournament.
